The Role:

You will support our projects by conducting data analysis, documenting processes, and liaising between our technical teams and business units. This role is designed for recent graduates or individuals with some professional experience who are looking to kickstart their career in business analysis. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working on real projects, gaining invaluable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of business needs and requirements.
• Support the documentation of business processes and user stories.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Help monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks.
• Engage with development team to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes through innovative ideas and suggestions.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
